1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for:
- Damaged items upon delivery.
- Incorrect items received (e.g., wrong product or variation).
- Customized gift boxes and perfumes are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
2. Conditions for Returns
- To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Requests for returns must be made within [7 days] of receiving the order.
3. Return Process
- Contact our customer support team with your order details and photos of the item(s), if applicable.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including the address to send the item(s) back.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- Refunds will be processed within [14 business days] and credited back to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:

- Opened or used items, including perfumes and oils.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Cancellations
