1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for: Damaged items upon delivery. Incorrect items received (e.g., wrong product or variation). Customized gift boxes and perfumes are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
2. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt). Requests for returns must be made within [7 days] of receiving the order.
